Meaningful Transitions

The purpose of Meaningful Transitions is to illustrate the process of the interaction and the structure of the user interface. They focus on specific events, or clarifying the user’s interaction by animation

An amazing resource to examine the use of  motion graphics in the user interface.

Siftables, the toy blocks that think. I heard about Sifteo when I attended the Gamepacolyspe speech by Jesse Schell last week in San Francisco and finally had a moment to check out their web site. Really cool idea and the potential for learning applications seems almost limitless. It’s going to be interesting to see how they continue to iterate on this new area of human digital interaction.
