iOS 4.1 refreshes Genius Playlists created on desktop directly on phone
I just discovered this the other day while playing with my iPhone. Previously any genius playlists I created on my desktop library and then added to my iPhone could only be refreshed through the computer.
It seems that Apple heard my cries and updated the iTunes app giving users the ability to refresh genius playlists directly on their phone. Granted this still depends on the music that already exists on your phone but it’s still a whole lot better than having to wait to get home before creating a new mix.
Grab 32,000 pieces of precious art.
The MoMA has released a free iphone app, puting 32,000 works of art in your pocket. I downloaded a copy to my iPhone and have to admit that that’s it’s very well done. If you’re a fan of the MoMA you should check this out. I especially like the fact that you can listen to the audio tours. You can download it here.
