The Bicycled project is creating what Lola Madrid calls “the perfect bike”: a bicycle made with a frame harvested from recycled car metal, a reflective light made out of a turn signal, a seat and handlebar covered with car upholstery, and a seatpost clamp fashioned from a door handle. Since every bike is made from a different car, each one looks unique.

As an artist, Caitlin Freeman found her calling in cake.
She bakes at the cafe in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where the most popular item is a dessert inspired by the art of Piet Mondrian. It features geometric blocks of white velvet cake, colored red, blue and yellow, stacked together and “glued” with chocolate. It takes two days to prepare, according to her new cookbook, Modern Art Desserts.

You Are More Beautiful Than You Think
Great campaign by Dove in which they had women describe themselves to a sketch artist and then had another person describe them to the sketch artist as well. The pictures strike a sharp contrast between self perception and reality.
